Using our bespoke kitting software and our extensive assembly knowledge, we factor in attrition ensuring your production run is completed in full, first time.
Additionally, our Swiss built, in-house Re-Reeling machine tapes various SMT footprints with sufficient lead, helping us to save you money on attrition. Labels with your board locations are provided as standard, they also include the Agile part number, quantity per board, overall quantity, description of the part, and the manufacturer’s part number. This, along with a Kit Profile included in the box, means your kit is production ready for manufacture.
